The weeks winding down and everythings going good. Doin good in school and football is keeping me busy. I've been out throwing the pigskin everyday trying to build up my arm strength. Lifted the upper body tonight and was pretty pleased with my lifts.

Well its the end of the week and I think Im just gunna chill for the weekend and take it easy. In case ur wondering I got the second highest grade on the Economics test, you probally dont care lol. Worked out today did a little bit of lower body and mostly some plyometrics and core work.

Feb. 19 Today was another wild day in Quincy, California haha. Had an economics test didn't knock it out the park, but did pretty solid as usual. Morning workout for football was a killer did some old school squat thrusts. Worked out afterward and Im going to be charting my progress on bench and squats.
